Congratulations to Dr. Molly Hartzog!!!

Molly Hartzog, 4th-year CRDM candidate, successfully defended her dissertation yesterday. Her dissertation title is “Inventing Mosquitoes: Digital Organisms as Rhetorical Boundary Objects in Genetic Pest Management for Dengue and Malaria Control.”
Molly was a member of the first cohort of the Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship (IGERT) program in Genetic Engineering and Society. Chaired by Dr. Carolyn Miller, her committee was especially interdisciplinary: Huiling Ding (CRDM-English), Fred Gould (Entomology), Will Kimler (History), Bill Kinsella (CRDM-Communication).
